If you need assistance on a returned check or online payment transaction to Student Business Services, please send an email to aggieonestop@tamu.edu with your name, UIN, and returned payment information.
Depending on the reason and type of the returned item, you may be required to pay the returned payment plus the $30 returned item fee by certified funds. Cashier's checks, money orders, credit card payments, and wire payments are all considered certified funds. All returned payments incur a $30 returned item fee.
A fee for a returned check or e-check will appear in your Account Activity as "CDR0 Returned Item Penalty".
