Locked Rate - Length of Guaranteed Rate

Resident Students are guaranteed the rate they begin with based on their college and/or major:

 All Majors in the College of Engineering - 4.5 years from the time they first enter college

 Landscape Architecture - 5 years from the time they first enter college

 All Other Majors - 4 years from the time they first enter college

Once you have completed your locked rate cohort's four years, we will default you to the current year's Variable Rate Cohort.
