TGTP - Activate Texas Guaranteed Tuition Plan (TGTP)

Follow the link below prior to 5:00 p.m. on the first class date for the current semester:

NOTE - If you wish to use TGTP for a Summer semester, you must submit a separate authorization request for each Summer term.

Activate TGTP

The following information is needed when requesting TGTP:

• Student's UIN
• Student's Full Name
• Student's Academic Level (undergraduate, graduate, professional)
• TGTP Account Number
• The type of plan that was purchased (Junior/Senior, Private, Senior/University).

TGTP Requests are now made through your Howdy portal. Please follow the below instructions.

• Log in to Howdy with your NetID and password.
• In the search bar, type "TGTP" and select the Texas Guaranteed Tuition Plan (TGTP) card.
• Proceed to Enter TGTP information and student information as prompted.
• Click Submit when done.

Using TGTP for Blinn Team

Students must request to use their TGTP through both Blinn College and Texas A&M University.
