All Army ROTC, Air Force ROTC, and Navy ROTC scholarships will be applied towards a student's tuition and fees first, with the Texas Guaranteed Tuition Plan (TGTP) paying any remaining tuition and fee costs.
If there are no remaining tuition and fee costs for TGTP to pay, the account holder may request a scholarship refund directly from the TGTP Office. More information can be found on their website or by calling them at 1-800-445-4723, option 2.
