If you receive an error message when trying to go to the Bill Payment Suite from the SBS website or when typing billpay.tamu.edu, it is likely because your browser is redirecting you to the wrong place, especially if you're using Chrome.
To fix the issue, you will need to clear cookies, caches, and any data related to the Bill Payment Suite. You can do that by following the steps below:
1. Open your Chrome browser.
2. To the right of the address bar, tap More: Then go to > Settings.
3. Tap Privacy and Security on the left side of your screen, and select > Cookies and Other Site Data.
4. Then look for the Search bar on the upper-right side of your screen, and type either myonplanu.com or whatever URL you saw in the error message when you tried to access the Bill Payment Suite.
5. Tap Clear Search > Cookies.
6. Close all windows in Chrome, then open the browser again and you will be good to go!
