There are several types of refunds that generate from your student account.
Financial aid refunds begin generating approximately 1 week before classes begin each semester.
Student account refunds begin generating after the add/drop period ends each semester. Student account refunds are generated from credits such as a dropped class, dropped optional charges, or overpayment to the student account.
Refunds are issued each business day with the exception of university holidays and scheduled maintenance or system processes.
Be Sure to Provide Your Direct Deposit Information to Avoid Delays in Delivery of Your Refunds:
See "How to Set Up Direct Deposit With Flywire" for instructions.
IMPORTANT NOTE:
A refund suppress will be placed on students who have not provided their bank account information for direct deposit. The suppression will be removed and refunds generated in approximately two business days after the bank account information is provided. Electronic delivery of refunds is mandatory because it is the one way we can ensure that students receive their funds in a timely fashion. However, we understand that some students, because of their past history, cannot get a checking account. Refunds for Title IV recipients who cannot get a checking account will be issued by check.
