Student Business Services processes payments daily (Monday-Friday). Payment processing and posting time depends on the method of payment and could vary from 1 business day to 3 weeks. Payment methods include:
Online Payments
Most students and parents choose our online payment method because of the ease of use and how fast the payments are posted to the student account.
If you choose to pay online, your payment should post within 24 hours.
Payments by Mail
If you are paying by mail, please allow 1-3 weeks for your payment to be delivered (dependent on the US postal service) and 2-3 business days after delivery for it to be posted to your student account. Please be aware of the risks of using mail delivery, such as longer processing times and lost mail.
Wire International Payments
If you are wiring money domestically, it can take up to two business days depending on your banking institution and the country the payment is being wired from.
If you are using international wire, it can take up to 10 days.
Third Party Payments
If your payment is coming from a third party, it can take up to 3 weeks from the time an individual requests his/her third-party payment until the time that payment is received and processed by Student Business Services. This is due to the processing time of the third party, as well as processing and delivery times by the US postal service.
