Options For Paying Fees - Installment Plan and Emergency Tuition & Fee Loans

Modified on Thu, 15 Jun, 2023 at 2:37 PM

One option is to sign up for the Installment Plan. It costs only $50 and allows you to break up your entire semester's tuition and fees into four installments. For more information on the Installment Plan, please see Installment Plan.

Another option is to complete an online application for an Emergency Tuition and Required Fee Loan. You will receive an email notification of approval sent to your TAMU Google Email account. Once your loan request is approved and your Master Promissory Note has been signed, we will apply the loan directly to your student account.

These loans are for tuition and required fees only. Students have to make other arrangements for optional charges such as the residence hall rent and meal plans. They must also request their Emergency Tuition and Fee Loans request ninety days or less for Fall/Spring semesters and thirty days or less for the Summer semesters. Students must make repayment arrangements and may have only one Emergency Tuition and Fee Loan outstanding at a time. These loans are not automatically deducted from financial aid.
