How do I resolve a "Past Due Student Acct Balance" (TB) or "Agreement on Delinquent Acct" (TT) hold?

"Past Due Student Acct Balance" (TB) or "Agreement on Delinquent Acct" (TT) holds are placed on Tuition and Fees accounts when they become past due. To resolve your TB or TT hold, follow the steps below.

Log in to Howdy.tamu.edu with your Net ID and password.
Pay your past due tuition and fees in full at howdy.tamu.edu with a credit card/debit card (convenience fee added) or electronic check online to have your TB or TT hold removed immediately.
If you are unable to pay your account in full, please contact sbs-customer.service@tamu.edu with your plan to repay this debt and to determine options of temporary hold removal.
