"Refund Returned" (TJ) or "TIV Refund Ret'd or Uncashed" (TM) holds are placed when a refund is rejected by your bank or for an uncashed check. To resolve your TJ and TM hold, follow the steps below to set up Direct Deposit with Flywire:
- Log in to Howdy using your NetlD and password
- Select Payment/Refund to be directed to the bill payment suite
- Go to the eRefunds tab, then select Enroll for eRefunds
- Fill out all required banking information and agree to the Terms and Conditions
- Click on Submit
- Review and Confirm
- Email refunds@tamu.edu to let us know you updated your Direct Deposit information and request that your hold be removed
