How do I resolve a "Refund Returned" (TJ) or "TIV Refund Ret'd or Uncashed" (TM) hold?

"Refund Returned" (TJ) or "TIV Refund Ret'd or Uncashed" (TM) holds are placed when a refund is rejected by your bank or for an uncashed check. To resolve your TJ and TM hold, follow the steps below to set up Direct Deposit with Flywire:

Log in to Howdy using your NetlD and password
Select Payment/Refund to be directed to the bill payment suite
Go to the eRefunds tab, then select Enroll for eRefunds

Fill out all required banking information and agree to the Terms and Conditions
Click on Submit
Review and Confirm
Email refunds@tamu.edu to let us know you updated your Direct Deposit information and request that your hold be removed
