Payment Methods for Texas A&M University

Students and Authorized Users can submit payments online. Students can view their account and make online payments using E-Checks or Credit Cards (VISA, American Express, Discover Card, or MasterCard) by selecting "Pay My Tuition/Manage My Account" in the Howdy portal. The "Pay My Tuition/Manage My Account" link is located in the "Billing-Tuition and Fees" channel under the "My Finances" tab. Payments made with credit cards/debit cards will incur a non-refundable convenience service fee charged at the time of payment. E-checks payment incur no charge.


For International Payment options, select Make International Payment with Flywire on the My Finances tab in the Howdy Portal.


When mailing payment, please include the student's name and UIN number on the check to ensure accurate posting of payments. The check should be made payable to Texas A&M University.

Wire Payments International Payment Options


US Domestic Bank Wire Transfer Information for ALL Locations (College Station, Galveston, Health Science Center, Law School):


All domestic (i.e United States based) wire transfers are accepted using our partner, Flywire.  Texas A&M University no longer accepts direct wire transfers and will not provide our banking information. Log into Howdy and select the "Domestic Wire Transfer" link on the My Finances tab to begin your bank wire payment from a US bank account. For additional information about Flywire, please see "Wire Payments - International Payment Options for Students".


International Payment Options for All Locations (College Station, Galveston, Health Science Center, Law School):

For international payment options (i.e. non-US based), Texas A&M University is using our partner, Flywire. Texas A&M University no longer accepts direct wire transfers and will not provide our banking information. Please log into Howdy and select the "Make International Payment with Flywire" link on the My Finances tab. Flywire will allow international students to pay securely from any country and any bank, typically in the student's home country's currency. For most countries, Flywire also offers international credit cards and other familiar payment options to users in addition to a bank transfer option. For additional information about Flywire, please see "Wire Payments - International Payment Options for Students".


Third Party Sponsor Payment Options for All Locations (College Station, Galveston, Health Science Center, Law School):

All wire transfers (US Domestic Wires and International Wires) are accepted using our partner, Flywire. Texas A&M University no longer accepts direct wire transfers and will not provide our banking information. Please visit tamusponsor.flywire.com and create a Flywire Account. In order to send a wire payment, you will need the Batch Reference Number and the Invoice Number from at least one student invoice. Please use the Additional Comments section to provide any information needed to ensure payments are posted accurately to each student. Flywire offers a Best Price Guarantee for international education payments if you find a better price at your bank within two hours of booking a payment.
