Students

*Please note, if you are a new incoming student (this includes transfer students) you must have registered for a New Student Conference. If you have not registered for a New Student Conference your information will not be in our ID card system, and therefore you will not be eligible to submit your photo online.

Step One: Log into myaggiecard.tamu.edu using your NetID username and password.

Step Two: Click on the Request New Student ID Card after logging into myaggiecard.tamu.edu with your NetID username and password. Verify the information on the screen is correct. Then click one of the following choices provided:

  •  New 1st Time Aggie ID Card
  •  Replacement ID Card

Then you must check the box indicating you understand a fee will be charged to your student account.

(You cannot have two cards in your possession, so if you have your old ID, please bring it with you when you pick up your new one. Once we print the new ID, your old card will no longer be active.)

Next, click Submit.

Step Three: Select the Upload Photo button

Step Four: Review photo submission instructions (this includes the criteria your photo must meet in order to be accepted) and select Begin Submission Process.

Step Five: Complete Photo Submission (Step by step instructions are provided on this page to submit your photo)

Step Six: Wait to receive email notifying if your photo was accepted or denied. If it is denied, the email will state the reason why it was denied and you can then submit a new photo, which meets all requirements, at the same web address. If the photo is approved, the email will have a link that you will follow to schedule an appointment to pick up your Aggie Card.

Step Seven: Pick up for your Aggie Card will be at the SBS office located in the General Services Complex (GSC), Suite 2801 during your scheduled time.

Please note: Photo Identification verification is mandatory to pick up your Aggie Card. NO Exceptions will be made.
