"Financial Aid Hold - General" (RG) holds are placed when a Financial Aid Chargeback of $500 or more results in an outstanding balance on your student account. To resolve your RG hold, follow the steps below.
- Log in to Howdy.tamu.edu with your Net ID and password.
- Pay your tuition and fees balance in full with a credit card (2.25% service fee added) or electronic check online to have your RG hold removed immediately.
- If you are unable to pay, please contact sbs-customer.service@tamu.edu with your plan to repay this debt and to determine options for temporary hold removal.
