When Will My Payment Plan Re-Balance?

An email will be sent to you fifteen days prior to the due date alerting you that your plan may be re-balanced. A payment plan would be re-balanced if new charges or new credits were added to your account.


Your plan will re-balance ten days prior to the due date if new charges or credits were added. An email will be sent alerting you of the adjustment.


One day prior to the due date, your plan will re-balance only if your plan balance is decreasing. An email will be sent alerting you of the adjustment.
